Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Willis S. Claus, 82, a resident of Albuquerque since 1946, died Thursday, July 30, 1998. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Evelyn Claus of Albuquerque; daughters, Connie M. Morgan and husband, Dr. Robert of Tallahassee, FL, and Marilyn J. Nichols of Dallas, TX; son, Frank W. Claus of Las Cruces; grandsons, Stephen H. Morgan and wife, Debbie of Lawrenceville, GA and John R.F. Nichols of Albuquerque; and granddaughters, Melayne McInnes and husband, Don of Columbia, SC, and Susan E. Nichols of Austin, TX; great-granddaughter, Ashley Morgan; sister, Maxine Squires and husband, Hugh of Oregon, OH; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be held Monday, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. Entombment will follow at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum, 924 Menaul NE. Pallbearers will be Frank Claus, John R.F. Nichols, Robert M. Morgan, Stephen H. Morgan, Grady Clark, T.J. Williams, and Dick Pederson. Honorary pallbea!
