Hi, cousin-in-law. I don't think that George was your husbands ggrandfather since Clarence Kenney is listed in the 1880 census as George Hyatt. Also, George & Harriet were not married until about 1887. I have a copy of their marriage record.

Hieronymus Glantz/Jeremiah Claunch age 29 wife Marrea Mdl. Glance age 30 and
two children, Anna Margreat age 9 and Hans Micale age 4 was the first
immigrant from some German speaking area of Europe that I have been able to
locate. He is a listed Palatine passenger aboard The Adventure arriving in
Philadelphia Sept. 23, 1732 from Rotterdam.
Does anyone have a clue to his native area in Europe that can be documented?
There was another Jeremiah Clontz (this was anglicized from German) b 1715
who had gone to
Ireland m Sophia Erwin later found in London with a Peter Clontz but no
record has been found when they came to the colonies. I am sure there were
other brothers or close relatives who came over, too but English captains
did not understand German pronunciations of their names and list names as
they understood them. I find Clonc, Klontz, Conce as well as other similar
sounding names among passengers on those ships from Rotterdam carrying
Palatine passengers only.
Lunenburg Co., VA 174-1752 tax lists have Jeremiah Claunch with George Mack
in his household. George Mack was a fellow passenger aboard The Adventure.
Also Marrea Glance must have died that first year in Philadelphia because
Hieronymus Glantz married Erna Barbara Mack Oct. 15, 1733. There are
postings of a Jeremiah Claunch/Clontz/Clonch, etc being born in 1733 but I
have found no record of his baptism in PA. There are just too many Jeremiah
Claunch/Clonch, etc to have been sons of the same man. Can anyone help me
straighten out this web of names.
I am directly descended from Hieronymus Glantz and his little boy, Hans
Micale/John Michael Glantz who moved to Mecklenburg Co., NC in the middle
1700's and his son, Jeremiah Glantz/Clontz. Organ Lutheran Church, Rowan
Co., NC list all Clontz names in the German as Glantz/Glanz. Jeremiah and
his brother, George both give their names on their Rev. War pensions
applications as Clontz.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I'm looking for information on Christina. I'm more after information about
her husband, but need to start with her. :)
She was born about 1834 in Kentucky, and had at least two children: Sarah
Elizabeth and John.
I have more information that I can share on the lines.
Thank you,
Daphne
