Also, there's a OneWorldTree entry with John Wesley Clary and John Willis Clary as spouses for a Talitha Hellums b 1830 in Fayette, AL with a child by each Mary Jane and Jennie. The data looks a little weird so I'm thinking it's not especially reliable but John Willis would make sense with a child named Willis and the daughter Jennie could be the one I thought was Jeannine. There's an extensive tree on this Talitha. I don't know why it's spelled Talitha here, Tabitha by you and appears to be Tamitha in the census. I'd guess Talitha is a typo for Tabitha.

I don't know anything about this line but I see possible hits in the 1850 and 1880 census records.
In the 1850 census in Ridgefield, Huron, Ohio there is a John W. Clary (20) along with Thomas (54) and Eliza (47) which appear to be the heads of household, a James (57), Ann (72) which might uncle and grandmother, and William (24), Cordelia (18), Josephine (12), Stephen L. (6).
In the 1880 census in Cane Creek, Lincoln, Arkansas we have a John (49) from Ohio and Tamitha (49) from Alabama(looks like an M to me and is transcribed as such in the index) along with children Tillman (22), Jeannine (15), Willis? (11) and Lola (6).

Siri,
Do you have a list of William and Fannie Crabtree Clary's children? I have some of them. I am looking in particular for Henry Clary. They are all living in Owensboro, Daviess Co. Ky in the 1850 census. William and Fannie are living with John and Elizabeth Crabtree Clary.

Am looking for info on John Clary who became a naturalized citizen in S.C. in 1808. He was born in Ireland. He married Sarah Clary ( maiden name unknown ) in 1804 in Newberry District, S.C. Sarah was born about 1781 in Ireland.John doesn't show up on 1830 Census in Perry Co.,AL., so it is suspected that he had died before his family moved to AL. or on their way to AL.The children of John Clary and Sarah Clary are:
1.) John P. Clary b.1805 S.C.
2.) Mary Clary b.1809 S.C.
3.) Elizabeth Clary b.Apr.15,1811 S.C.
4.) Adam Clary b.1813 S.C.
5.) William R. Clary b.1820 S.C.
6.) Charles Clary b.1824 S.C.
7.) Jane Clary b.S.C.
8.) Margaret Clary ( twin ) b.Aug.16,1825 S.C.

I am interested in any DNA testing, as I am having difficulty getting past my grandparents.
My Clary family settlled in Northern Oklahoma, and supposedly helped in the surveying of the four corners area - Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Colorado.
