Henry is pictured in the yearbook of the 42X class of the 734th Basic Training Flying Squadron at Randolph Field, Texas. He is a flight cadet. I'm not kin but thought this might help someone researching the family.

I am looking for information regarding Lydia and John Clarkson of Albury, NSW, Australia. Lydia was born in England in about 1844 to Samuel Thomas (not sure if Thomas is a middle or last name) and Mary Nichols (not sure if maiden or married name).
Lydia and John married in Victoria when Lydia was 18 years old. They had 8 children together - Charlotte (Mrs. Graton), William Thomas 'Bill' (Narrandera), George Henry (married Kate Spalding), Fred (married 'Molly' Mary Elizabeth Chivers), Lydia (Mrs. Bert Hapkin, Henty), Alice Maude (Mrs. Bowden, Corowa), Edith Mary(Mrs. Treloan) and Albert.
Any information would be much appreciated - My 94 year old grandmother is very interested especially in when Lydia and/or John came to Australia and on what ship.
Thankyou. Larissa
