I'm looking for information on Araminta CLARKSON and Ralph Benedict WATSON.
I don't have a birth date or a death date for Araminta, known as Minta.
She married Ralph Benedict WATSON July 7, 1920 in Maquoketa, Jackson county
Iowa. He was born March 3, 1900 and drowned in Crivitz, Wisconsin December
17, 1953. This is my aunt and uncle and I would appreciate any and all
help. Thank you.
Donna
Found this sad story in a book of Yorkshire Weather:
In the mining community of Silkstone men, boys & girls started work but
at
about 2 pm a fierce storm started. A warning was sent to the miners,
some

A torrent of water poured into the drift and 26 children aged between 7
