Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Benjamin Clark died yesterday forenoon at his home on Mohawk Street. Mr.
Clark had been ill for some time with a complication of diseases and death
resulted from dropsy and heart trouble. The deceased was a son of Richard
Clark and he was born in Middleburg, [sic] and was in his 74 or 78 yr. His
father came from England and his mother, Sarah Smith from Coxsackie. Mr.
Clarke, for many years lived in Palatine Bridge, but moved to this village
some years ago. He was a painter by trade at which he worked until poor
health compelled him to quit. He is survived by his widow' two sons,
Charles and Preston Clark, two brothers, William and Minard, one sister
Cornelia and a granddaughter, Hazel Clark. The funeral will be held from
the late home on Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, and owing to the absence
of the Rev. W. M. Baum, D. D. of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, the new
Methodist pastor, The Rev. E. W. Gould will officiate. The burial will be
in the Palatine Bridge Cemetery
