I'm looking for information about the Bible of Catherine Nichols that was brought from Essex, England by the family of Daniel Clark. I am a descendant of Daniel's niece, Mary Ann Clark Mecham. My family would like to see the genealogy that Catherine wrote in her Bible.

Stanley Reynoldson was also my father. My mothers name was Paula Cox before she married my father.I am their oldest son.My name is Vernon.According to my Grandfather,Jess,I have several 1/2 sisters and brothers but the only name I have for any of them is Garland. He lived here in Columbus and worked for BD Medical practically from high school until he retired around 1987 and then moved to Fl.I would like to know the names of any other 1/2 brothers or sisters that I might have.I just remembered that I had a 1/2 sister named Linda, who my family feels was murdered in LA back in 1968-69.She had a sister named Tina, who I have not heard from since the early 80's when she had taken a job as a police dispatcher in Lusk,Wy.Any help would be appreciated. When my grandfather did a family tree back in the late 70's or early 80's there were 300 families named Reynoldson, all 100% related and coming from 3 brothers why came here from Great Britian.I have not been able to check for sure, but I!
believe that the lady with the last name Reynoldson in the movie Calendar Girls(which is based on a true story)is also related to us.My grandfather told me that over there we had a large family tree.

wondering if Egbert could be a son of Dr Adam Clark and wife Harriet Watson, brother of George W. Clark b 1821, wheeler b 1829 and others. They were engaged in leather tanning in Clark's Factory, Middletown, Del Cty, NY in 1850. Egbert married Harriet Steele Tuttle in 1847. Believe that Adam and Harriet started their family in Berne, Albany County, then moved to Delaware County and the couple was last found in Cortlandt/Peekskill NY in 1860 census. Eventually trying to find the parents of Dr. Adam, wife Harriet was daughter of Wheeler Watson and wife Sarah T. Peckham. Egbert's son Sidney married Emily Bartlett. Any help would be appreciated. My line is through George W Clark.

These aren't exactly your direct line, but if you dig around I expect that they cousins or something:
Jehiel Clark (B. Dec 17, 1764 perhaps Newburgh, NY, D. July 20, 1844 Auburn, NY). He married the first time on May 19, 1789 at the First Presbyterian Church in Ballston Center, Saratoga Co, NY to Parthenia Olmstead (B. Sept 9, 1777, D. 1813). He then married Nancy Casey (B. Jan 23, 1795, D. June 21, 1840). He was the son of Samuel, grandson of Jehiel. Jehiel (B. 1764) was a silversmith. He had numerous children including two Jehiels; Jehiel (B. Nov 8, 1828) (he probably died young) and Jehiel (B. April 14, 1832 Cayuga NY, D. Aug 25, 1899 Wooster, Ohio).
I would investigate Jehiel's (B. 1764) brothers as I expect that is where you connect.
I have a lot more on this Jehiel and will share it with you if you provide an e-mail address.

Cheryl,
Thank you for your reply. The William and Sara that I've been researching did not to my knowledge and from what I've found, have a daughter named Lucinda. William did have six children by his first wife Julie and then another six with Sara. William was born in Indiana around 1863 and by 1892 he was living in Oklahoma with his wife Julie. I think he died in Oklahoma also, although the date of his death is another thing that I haven't been able to determine.
I have another set of Clarks in my family tree that I haven't researched too much just because it seems that there is more information out there on them and I tend to work on the ones that are troublesome first. I do know there are a couple of Henry Clarks but I don't know the specifics. I will look into it in the morning and see if I can help.
Thank you,
Staci

Hi,
After about 6 years after you posted your query on Ancestry.com, I am replying. I have just discovered that Naomi Jones was probably my great-grandfather's sister. And that Naomi's other brother, Joseph Andrew Jones, married Elizabeth Ann Clark, William Mercer Clark's brother (or nephew... I don't have my notes with me). I am looking for Jones descendants and ancestors.
I hope to hear from you to compare information. My email is margienburns(a)msn.com
Thanks,
Margien Burns
