I am searching for information on the ancestors of Susan "Susie" M. Clark. She married John Harvey Palmer (my great-grandfather) in 1925. Susie is not my biological great-grandmother, but I didn't know this until recently. She was married to my great-grandfather for almost 60 years, and she raised his children.
This is all the information that I have on her.
According to the SSDI, she was born 15 Sep 1898. However, the 1930 census puts her age at 30, making her birth year 1900. She died in June 1986 in Auburn, Nebraska. She married John Harvey Palmer in 1925, and as far as I know, she did not have any biological children of her own.
Any information would be helpful. According to the 1930 census, she was born in Kansas, her father was born in Indiana, and her mother was born in Missouri.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Does anyone have any knowledge of George H CLARK (b abt 1882) who married May Isabella TOWNSEND in Gooderich, Huron Co., Ontario on Dec 14, 1905. The last record I can find of them is the 1911 census of Toronto Township, Peel Co., Ontario along with 2 young daughters.
My grandfather's cousin left the "STODDART family bible" to May Isabella (Townsend) Clark in 1950. The will listed Port Credit, Ontario as her residence. I am hoping to make contact with her descendents.

Lisa Marie Britt, my husband William "Bill" Clark is the son of Jess Clark and grandson of Jay T. Clark. His aunt Maggie Clark Britt was a sister to his father, Jess Clark. My husband remembers some of Maggie's family (her son Maurice and his father) but it was information from his childhood. I doubt if he would be much help with the Britt family information, however he could provide quite a bit of the Jay T. Clark family information. If you would like to share information, reply to this message.

I'm looking for information on an uncle of mine that seems to be pretty elusive. His name is Edgar G. CLARK. He lived in Dixon, Lee, Illinois for many years. My grandmother, Mabel Addie CLARK, was his half sister. Father possibley was Henry H. CLARK, but I can't be sure. He may have been born around 1880. Father came from New York. I last saw him about 1946 or so when he came to MN to visit, so I know he was still alive until then, but don't know when he may have died. Any and all help greatly appreciated.

That's fine...Paul and Earl are 20th century descendants, though, and my connection to the Long Island Clarks would have to be through Lauren, and it is really only the Willetts name that I have an established connection to. My Great-grandma Jenny Willetts was born and lived in Jericho, Long Island. She may have met her husband Lauren B Clark through some other family connection, and he may never have even been to Long Island-it was just a wild chance.
By the way, have you done any of the paid subscriptions to this site? I am considering it, but wondered if you could say whether you think it's worth the money? Thanks.
