I lost a family tree which was done for my grandmother I lent it to an uncle who passed away and his son could not find. One thing I do
remember was that there was a Stephen Clark who served in the Rev. War. If i remember correctly he was from Ct. This is fairly reliable
because there was mentioned an unbroken line of Stephens down to my father which now includes my son. That stuck out in my mind because of
eligibility for SAR & DAR. If you could look this up in your book I would appreciate.

Emma,
My CLARKS came from Broome Co, NY also. My ggg gf was Richard C. Clark who
married Lydia Totten in 1795 in the Goshen Presbyterian Church, Goshen,
Orange Co, NY. I think we might be on to the same CLARK family!
They had 10 children. I only know of 2 so far, Hiram and Elkanah Clark.
Hiram was my gg gf and moved to Warren Co, IN in 1823. His brother, Elkanah,
also later moved there.
Maybe Orange Clark was a son or brother???
Barbara Clark Myall
Hi Cindy, Barb, and anyone else working on these folks.
I found the following that might help in a way..
An Orange Clark md Isobel Seely in 1827 in Broome Co., NY (IGI film
#176-795).
I am hunting information on an Orange Clark who married Isabel NEELY on 22
July 1824 in Clark Co., Illinois and ran across that marriage record in my
searching.
But.. the Clark folks I am hunting were from New York - Broome Co. - and I am
wondering of all of these folks are connected in some way.
Take care - Emma
