Subject: Earl Clark
Louella Sims Clark (Lulu) is my great grandmother. She married a Isaac M Clark(Monte) after my grandfather Ira Henry Clark was born. Grandpa was born out of wed-lock and took the Clark name. Omer and Alvey (Earl) was born after Lulu and Monte got married so they are his half brothers. Lulu died young. Story is that she was shot by hunters while she was in her garden. I think different but have no proof. I would love to get a copy of her death certificate but no one seems to have one. (I was told that Wirt County Court house had a fire around 1915-1916 and they lost most of their records). Monte left the kids with Lulu's parents and left shortly after. When he died they buried him beside Lulu.
The only information I have on Omer and Earl is that they didn't marry. I do have a picture of Great Uncle Earl and met him once or twice when I was young. They were mostly loners.
