I have an Irving Lewis Clarke born in Cannan, Columbia Co., NY in 1850. His
sister Sarah Ellen Clarke was born in Stockbridge, Berkshire Co., Mass.
He named a son William Irving and Sarah Ellen Clarke married William Henry
Gilhousen named a son William Irving Gilhousen. Irving is rather unusual. I am
stuck in the early 1700's so I don't know those people. Maybe there is a
connection?Far fetched? Leah
The only Rebecca I have in my records was
b 1 Mar 1648/1649 Northampton, Hampshire, Massachusetts
parents William Clark and Sarah Strong
She seems a bit older then your Rebecca.
