Dear fellow listers,
I'm sharing this response to my re-posting of General George Washington's
Thanksgiving Proclamation (courtesy of Sandra Ferguson of OHBELMONT-L) and
President Abraham Lincoln's Thanksgiving Proclamation (courtesy of
NewsMax.comhttp://www.newsmax.com/ ) which gave me a bit of a thrill,
in light of the American perception of the world's negative opinion of us as
reported by our "free" press.
Though they are both public documents, I shamefully neglected to report my
generous sources. Thanks to both.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for sending this to us, I am on a List with a lot of folks from
England, AU, New Zealand and other countries. They were curious about our
American Thanksgiving, and your post just delighted them.
Searching for: PERRY, ABEL/ABELL, MILLER, and others in Jackson Co, IN.
Thanks -
Marge Fields
