Joyce, I am Linda not Tamara so dont know if you want information from me or her. Anyway I do have a Clark family bible and also have a cousin in Texas who has an older one. If this is what you are referring too let me know. My clarks moved to Alabama from Newton Co. Georgia and before that I think they may have been in Franklin county and before that in South Carolina.
Linda

Tamara I have Clark s in my family. I think most of them are from the Ga
Coast but I have hit a wall. I would appreciate any info. you may have. Thank
you Joyce.
While on a genealogy research trip, I came across a Family Bible in Social Circle, Walton County, Georgia. It is dated March 28, 1889. There are several names included...here are a few... Mrs. G. B. Brancht, Angie Gillett Clark, W.A. Gillett, Mr and Mrs. J.S. Clarke, W. Ann Gillett, William Gillett and Angeline Clark Gillett. There were more but I only jotted down those. E-mail me off list for the store name and phone #. Hope this helps someone out there.
Tamara
