I am trying to find information on my grandfather Francis Clark (e).
All I have is a copy of a "Bond for Marriage License" from Mississipi county, Arkansas dated between 11th and 16th Mar 1901.
It shows Francis Clark (e) of Huffman, Missippi County, age 28, being married to Maude Anthony age 27.
In some places it appears to have an (e) on the end and in others it does not.
Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks,
David Harnish
We are researching Clarks from North Carolina, James Clark, Thomas, etc.
They came very early, perhaps late 1600's, as our early ones were born here in
the very early 1700's.
