My paternal grandmother was Elizabeth Mary Emma Claridge.Father William, Mother Emma Roberts, came from Hanwell, Middlesex, England. Moved to Capetown South Africa after 1876. Had a sweets shop there. My paternal grandmother Edgar Percy Freeman met and married Elizabeth Mary Emma Claridge in Capetown, they married there in 1902 then moved to Australia. My maiden name is Freeman, live in Beachport South Australia. Am hoping to find out what happened to William and Emma Claridge. Did they stay on South Africa ? and when & where did they die.
Would apprecite any replies, Jan Mayell.
