Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Jeffrey Thomas Clapper
Jeffrey Thomas Clapper, age 34, of North Canton, OH, died Thursday morning August 16, 2001 in Akron General Hospital from injuries he received in a motorcycle accident. Born in Galion, OH, June 18, 1967, he was the son of Thomas K. and Judith (Harsh) Clapper of North Canton, OH. He was a graduate of Hoover High School and Walsh University, a Registered Nurse, and an EMT and member of the Greentown Volunteer Fire Department. Survivors include his parents, fiance Carla; daughter, Brittney Clapper of Buchanan, MI; brother, Steven T. Clapper of Georgetown, IN; a niece and nephew, Zachary and Brittany Clapper. Funeral services will be at the Bartley Funeral Home, Minerva, Saturday August 18, 2001 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Don Phelps officiating. Burial will be in Robertsville Cemetery. Calling hours at the Bartley Funeral Home Saturday from 11 a.m. until the service at 1 p.m. The family requests contributions to the Greentown Fire Department, Greentown Ohio.
