Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
My husband's family name was KLEPPER and some have changed it to CLEPPER.
The story is that three brothers came from Germany in the mid to late
1700's, arriving at the Port of Philadelphia. Two brothers supposedly
remained in PA and out line went south through VA and into NC/TN. We do
not know whether we are related in any way to your family or not. Our
family stayed in middle TN for several years and then went on west and
mostly stayed in TX. It is a huge family!
We would like to know that we are related and how. We have located one
person from he PA group and he lives not far from us. What do you think?
Thank you for any information you might be able to share with me.
