This family started in Dutchess co. NY and lived primarily in the Sand Lake area of Rensselaer co.,NY.
Andres (Andrew) was the son of Andreas Weatherwax 1739-1824 and his wife Catharina Reisdorff 1745-1820 descendants of Palatines arriving in NY 1710. Except for their son Sebastian I have been unable to find marriages or further info on this family. Although my database on the Weatherwax family is fairly large and I have been at this for over 20 years I still have not resolved finding more on this family group. Any information would be appreciated
