I am a decendant of George and Anna Barbara. I am having problems finding the correct father of Valentine Felty. Some say it was George Tobias other say John Phillip. I have records for my mother Leneva her father Burley, father Wesley, father Anderson, father Tobias, father Valentine Felty??? The names repeat so many places I have gotten confused..If you can share any info I would appreciate it.
I also found the Brick Church and a Clapp Family Library located in the town where I live. Trying to contact someone about getting into them....we'll see

I was just handed three boxes of genealogy, in one of the boxes I found a book from 1876 printed by David Clapp & son, publishers. THE CLAPP FAMILY IN AMERICA,this book has been handed down, in the front cover it reads,, Helen Amelia Clapp Perry April 29 1876
To her son William Clapp Perry June 24 1912.
My mother was a Perry. I have not been able to look through it all, however I have seen some news paper clippings, and post cards from the 1800's
