Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Hi, My maiden name is Clapp, born in Chelsea, MA. Trying to find out more about my dad's family. Grandpa's name was Irving W. Clapp Sr., never met him.

The Clapp memorial is on Google Books, FREE. I found an original
Book a few years ago and only paid $225 for it.

Robert is pictured in the 44-G Gremlins, yearbook of the 307th Army Air Forces Flying Training Detachment, Hicks Field, Fort Worth, Texas. He is a flight cadet. I'm not kin but thought this might help someone researching the family.
