I am researching a family who originated in Finedon, Nothampton.
Thomas CLAPHAM married Mary MAYS in 1791. Their Children were Henry, Avis, Benjamin, Job, Sarah, Stephen, Thomas and Jonas.
Henry CLAPHAM married Elizabeth Taylor in 1822. Their children were Jonas, James, Henry, Harriet and William.
Jonas CLAPHAM married Elizabeth HANDS in 1855 and moved to Bedford. They had the following Children, Amelia, Joseph, Florence, Jonas, Mary, John and Avice.
I have many more names and places and I would love to hear from anyone searching the same family.

Hi,
I noticed your post to the Clapham board.
My Claphams are from Irchester, Nothamptonshire, but their children emigrted
to Utah in the 1850's.
I would be happy to share data if you are interested. Where are yours from?
Pat
Hi,
I am researching my family tree.
My Father is RH (Bob) Clapham, his Father was Harold and his Father was
Arnold who was a plasterer. They are all of Hamilton Ontario Canada.
Some of my relatives moved to Detroit, New York and others to Florida.
I left Canada in 1972 for Australia and now have a lovely family here Julie
my wife and two children Andrew and Rose.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Bill Clapham
