Jacob Bull COUCH (1800-1863) was the son-in-law of Stephen CLANTON. When Clark Co.,AR was formed in 1818, the Mo Terr Gov appointed Stephen as its Judge. Clark Co covered part of current Pulaski Co. in 1820 but no AR censuses exist until 1830. Jacob is enumerated in this census, Pulaski Co. (p.245) and subsequent Pulaski Co. censuses until his death. His wife can be found there in 1870 & 1880. What is her death date?
