I am a descendant of Drury I and Elizabeth Rogers. I have pretty good info all the way from Drury to me - many of the family descended from Drury's son are buried on Crane naval Base in Indiana. Let me know if you have specific questions. Do you know anything about Nathaniel's (Drury's father) parents? I have hit a dead end there.

If you are out there, please write.
Can anyone give me information concerning the Clanton family reunion in
Hahira, GA in September? I have heard it is the first Sunday in September
but no one seems to know for sure when and where.
Margaret
My grandmother is Della Cordelia Hall, daughter of Martha Clanton who married James Kinsey Hall. If you have any information I would truly appreciate your assistance.
My father, Burnett Clanton, from Savannah, told the same story. He claimed somebody from D.C. wanted to interview the Clanton's but nobody in the family would talk. He claimed the story was not truthful and the family refused to talk to the people from DC. I thought this happened in the 20's. My father was born in 1902 in Savannah, Ga.
I have received the following E-mails in my accounts. EACH had an
attached file with a VIRUS imbedded in it. See the similarity and ALL contain
a VIRUS in the attachment. E-mails contain incorrect ENGLISH but attachments
are different in size and originator.
Who let the FREAKS loose in JULY? All of these files were sent within
the past 7 days. Has anyone else received similar JUNK?

A VIRUS no longer needs to be sent as an "attachment" but can be sent as
a part of any E-mail. If that is true it will put a BIG dent in my genealogy
work.

I'm looking for any information regarding the Clanton family of Crawford and Washington counties, Arkansas. My grandmother Ora Coffman (Gooding) is the daughter of Mary Eddie Clanton (Coffman) 8/15/1864. Mary's parents are Alfred Clanton 1/16/1827 from Tenn. and Frances Parker (Clanton) born 1833. Alfred Clanton's father is John Clanton born about 1780 in Virginia. He married Nancy ? in McMinn, Tenn. approx. 1814 and is burried in Crawford Co. Ark. I have photographs of Clanton grave sites from the Garrett Creek/Garrett Hollow cemetery, near Lee creek township, Washington, Co. Ark.
Hello Debbie,
I am so glad you responded. I have been trying to put together my family tree and am an unknown to your family because Gladys Nannette Broome's mother Eunice Lavinia Gandy, then Broome, then Dennis had a baby girl (out of wedlock and given up for adoption in 1915...before she married Clyde Lee Broome. Gladys was born to them in 1918. Gladys probably never knew of her 1/2 sister , my mother Corinne Gandy (later renamed Chloe Herbert Leigh when she was adopted). My mother has passed on now and never knew of her family but I have been searching for the last six years and have pretty well put the pieces of the puzzle together. WIll write to you e-mail for since you read the message board I believe you have an interest in your family tree and I have lots of information to share on your Gandy line back in the 1600's. GINGER
I have a Luther Clanton (no info) who had brothers and sisters named Ruby, Lewis, Vera, Eula Mae, Ruth, Lota and Velma. Does this sound like your Luther. If so, contact me at skyla(a)sasquatch.com Tom
