I am looking for a connection to Arthur. Wondering if anyone else has researched Claiborne in Iowa. I am descended from Thos Nelson Claiborne, b. Va 1828 who went to Holt Co Mo in 1857. Holt is in the NW corner of MO and about 20 miles from Hamburg IA. T.N.'s daughter Mary E. lived in Hamburg 1895-1904 with her husband Wm. Boyer. I think I know all of T.N.'s offspring, and am not aware that he had siblings. Anyone who knows about Claiborne in IA, I'd like to compare notes. In the meantime, stay tuned. If I can link to Arthur I'll let you know.
Heath Boyer
