Archie, This is something of a mystery to me, this second George
Ravenscroft Claiborne and Elizabeth Phillips. You would think there would
be a connection with George R. of Trenton, Tenn and his son James of
Izard Co Ark, but I can't find it. The only other George R. I find was
our George R.'s son who died in infancy. I find an Elizabeth Thompson
PHILLIPS, dau. of John Burton Thompson of Mercer Co Ky. She was born
about 1825 and married Henry Patrick Phillips. John Burton Thompson was
son ofJohn Thompson and Sarah Claiborne of Va. who moved to Ky.in 1793.
Sarah was dau of Thomas, son of Thomas son of William.
That's all I can find. Sorry, Dick
