I am trying to find out more information on Drucilla Gilbreath b 1828 TN married to William Clibourne b 1821.
They were on the 1850 Monroe Co., TN Census.
Her parents are John Gilbreath & Isabella Edington.
I think she went to Missouri in the 1850's.

I don't believe that I can provide much help. My G(3)-GF, Dr.Devereaux Jarratt Claiborne, was the son of Thomas B. Claiborne. It appears that he was named for his uncle, Rev. Devereaux Jarratt, an Episcopal minister. Rev. Jarratt was married to Martha Claiborne, d/o of Burnell and Hannah Claiborne. I do not have any indications that Rev Jarratt and his wife had children. They apparently raised and educated my G(3)-GF.

Yes, it would be interesting to see this tree. It would be important to be able to contact the author to track down the sources. The dates 1733 to 1777 are good for the birthdates of the children; too good. They have precise years rather than "about" and appear to be reverse-engineered based on the children rather than any documentary evidence from the time.
It is also not clear as to the location of these people in that time frame. There are suggestions of connections to other Waltons in both Louisa (later) and Cumberland counties (Cumberland being created from Goochland in 1749).
The (apparently youngest) son being named Claiborne indicates some family connection.
The Henrico marriage record hand-written index shows the date Dec. 14, 1796 and shows the groom as John Walton Senr and the bride as Sarah Piles. That is in image form at the Henrico County GenWeb site under marriages, male marriage bonds, Walton (2nd page), first line.

I also found that the marriage date you have is for Claiborne to Mildred (Milly) Warren and not his father to Sarah..
I hope this helps a little....

i don't have any Claiborne women who would fit what you ask for..It seems they spelled their name in that time period as Cliborn or Clyborn... i did find some trees in genealogy.com listing Sarah Piles b 1733, d. 1777. This particular tree has their son Claiborne naming a daughter Sarah, indicating to ME that his mother was Sarah (Sally). Would you like a copy of this tree? I can also find out for you who sent this tree in if you should need that information.

John Walton of Henrico County died late in the 1700s. The mother of his children is not named (most websites for the family say she was Sally Piles, but he married her in 1796, long after the children were born).
I am looking for a Claiborne connection, that being the name of his son born in 1774. The names of John Walton's children are -- Patsy; George; John; Thomas; Benjamin; William; and Claiborne. These children seem to have been born between 1760 and 1775, the name(s) of their mother(s) not being given.
Any unaccounted for Claiborne daughters who could be this person?
