I am Bob Lefler and am interested in Dorothy because she is(was) my cousin. Our common ancestors were Charles and Lucinda Daggett Lefler of Daggett Hollow,Pa. I am descended from Mark James Lefler and she is descended from his sister Ida Minerva Lefler. Ida married Wallace Oakley, a miller, and had several children, one of whom was Matte(Martha) Oakley who married John Dyott.John's family were a line of skilled woodworkers originally from Maryland who built luxury rail cars in Elmira,NY, near Daggett Hollow. They moved to St. Louis,Mo, where he was a federal prosecuter successfull in the 1930s. Dorothy graduated from Washington University and went to Cornell where she met her Claggett husband who was from the far West. Dorothy died in 2000 not long before I discovered her in my family searching. I am sure my many aunts and uncles would also have liked to meet this lost cousin who was so active in so many things. Bob
