Hello all,
I'd like to find all info I can on Thomas Claffy born 1830 in rashinagh
townland county Offaly Ireland.
There are two possibilities I'm following at the moment. One is that he's
the Thomas Claffy of Ferbane mentioned in the trade directories of Offaly
1870 and the other is that he's the Lieutenent Thomas Claffy of
Massachusetts who joined the 19th Massachusetts Infantry and was killed in
action in the civil war in 1861. I'm hoping for the second possibility
because he had at least two daughters, so if there are any american rellies
out there get in touch with me.
