Friends,
Robert Claffey passed away on Tuesday, September 26,2000. He was cousin to
my DAD Joseph H. "Bus" Claffey. He was 2nd child (oldest son) of Harry
Franklin Claffey, youngest brother of our Civil War Grandfather --William
Claffey Sr. Because he was a very private man, I have waited until now to
inform folks of his death. That was his wish. Although I have not seen him
for years we did occasionally talk on the phone. A Washington 'Westender'
all his life, he will be missed. OBIT follows.
