Hi, I have just started researching my family tree.
I have found quite a lot from my grandmothers side but my Grandfathers side (the Clack family)is proving a bit more difficult.
I guess a lot of you live in the USA and I doubt if there are any direct links to yours for a few hundred years.
I live in Sheffield,South Yorkshire,UK and my grandfather was born and lived in the same city.
If anybody out there knows of any links to Harold Walter Clack,(known as Walter) born around 1890, I would appreciate any help.
Thank you, Mike

I descend from Seaborn Jones Clack (1830-1909) of Walton County and later Gwinnett County, Georgia. Seaborn is the uncle to your Green Clack. He is buried in the Clack Cemetery in Barrow (formally Gwinnett) County on what was once part of his farm. Is the photograph you have the one with the Clack Family at a white farm house on two levels?

My connection to the Clack family is through a marriage to Minnie B. Clack. She
was daughter of William Rice Clack, granddaughter to John Spencer Clack, and
ggranddaughter to John Clack.
Minnie married Wood Bennett (Bud) Clary, McNairy Co., TN.
Do you have any info on Minnie?
Thanks,
Susan K. Ricks
