William Osborne II, son of William Osborne and Elizabeth Tanner, m1 Frances Finney in Amelia County 12 March (bond) 1777, and then m2 Ann Sterling.
Does anyone have documentation that this second marriage was to Ann Sterling Clack, dau of Sterling Clack and Ann Eldridge?
I descend from William Osborne II and Ann Sterling's dau Jane Thornton Osborne who married Wiley Jones.

Thanks so much for posting this info. I hope next of kin will not let
Hovie's research
be lost but will pass it on to a genealogy society or Library.

i am still searching for proof of parentage for John Clack of Giles Co TN .
