Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

You have a quest. I do not know how the Ohio Clabaughs connect with the Maryland Clabaughs. Years ago, a researcher was trying to put the families together and never seemed to do it. I know he was targeting Bedford County, Pennsylvania. One site he put up is: http://my.richnet.net/~clabaugh/Photos/Bedford%20County%20Photos9.html I don't know if he is still working on the line but you might contact him. Also, search on Clabaugh+Bedford+PA. I see quite a bit of information doing that search. My ancestor is Frederick Clabaugh who leased land in 1742 on the Monacacy River in Frederick County, Maryland. That is the first we know about him.
