Hi,
I realize that this is an old post, but my grandfather was Adolph Claassen. He went to idaho after marrying my grandmother, from Paso Robles, mary jane kiler (see kiler canyon) Adolph had 8 children, one of them was my mother. My mothers only surviving brother Harry, who lived in Grants Pass Oregon, died about 15 years ago, and he had at least one son. His wife Linda is still living. My mother said that when she was small they used to sleep upstairs in the store in Paso. The family considered themselves to be German because they were from Prussia, which is now (post world war 2) split between germany and poland. Beth Griffin
