Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

The Nancy Ann Cissell you mentioned in your query was the daughter of John Cissell and Susannah Thompson married Benjamin Hagan.
Ann Catherine "Nancy " Cissell a daughter of James Cissell and Susan Hammett married Thomas Sidney Hagan.
Ann "Nannie Cissell Daughter of Jeff Cissell and Letitia Clayton married Monroe Hagan.
The above John Cissell was the father of James and James was the father of Jeff.
Jeff Cissell was my greatgrandfather.I have Cissell Information from the time the first John Cissellimmigrated to Maryland from Wales in 1658. Hope this helps

I am looking for information about Celestine Cissell. I believe he was born about 1825. His wife Catherine Ellen Hobbs Cissell died 9-25-1906 and was buried at St. Jerome, Fancy Farm, KY.
