I just want to say thanks to everyone, my grandfather was Dominick cihacz, or Cichosz. He passed away before I was born and for years I always wondered about why I was related to Cihos's and what his name was before he came to America. John is my great grandfather. My dad Joseph grew up in muskegon. And sadly passed two years ago. Also I've taken a little time and noticed there are a lot of Cichosz's all over. And Cihos has less bearing that last name, and Cihacz the least amount. From what I've gathered so far. I hope to make a larger picture of this family soon. As of yesterday when I finally found these posts it makes me proud of my lineage. Finally I have more knowledge of my family. Hopefully some day I get the chance to meet everyone. I've scrolled through hundreds of people on Facebook with the last name Cichosz. I just knew there was more to my lineage than what I've had. My name is Douglas, youngest of 5, 1 brother, and 3 older sisters. We grew up in Grand Rapids mi!
chigan. My dad is smiling down on me right now. Thank you all and god bless.
