Hello,I have been tracing the lives of the 10 children of Caleb Church and wife Hannah Baker Church of Ulster County, New York. I would appreciate being in touch with any Church cousins who are descendants of these children. My ancestor is Benjamin F. Church who went west, in Chicago in 1834, in Milwaukee in 1835 where he became a pioneer builder and carpenter, involved in public service as well.
=> Benjamin Church (carpenter) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The siblings are:> John W Church: 1798 – 1864
> Adam B Church: 1800 – 1850
> Jacob Church: 1803 –
> Samuel Church: 1805 – 1872
> Benjamin F Church: 1807 – 1887
> Mary Church: 1809 – 1882
> Phebe Church: 1811 – 1855
> Joseph Thorn Church: 1813 – 1888
> James Church: 1816 –
> George Washington Church: 1819 – 1888
I am still looking for the family of Benjamin's wife, often called Permelia, once called Elizabeth, maiden name Clemens in one record, said to be born about 1815 in New Hampshire [1850 Census].
Thank you and best wishes,Barbara
