Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Sorry for this belated reply - I just recently returned home. Anything Anjou associates with Richard of Hartford's English lineage/origins is suspect. It is quite clear that Richard was born well before 1600. I am a participant in a familytreedna.com project that hopes to sort out the two British born American Richards. What is needed are DNA donors from Churches in the UK in order to establish which Richard came from where. There seem to be three main but separate Church tribes in the UK - in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Greater London (say Essex/Suffolk/Cambridge). Time may yet tell.
