I am researching some Church families that originated out of Ohio, moved into Kansas and then down into Oklahoma, most notably Caddo and Grady County Oklahoma. One of them is Rueben Franklin Church who was born in Ohio in 1840, had sons Alfred C, Charles Edgar (Ed), and William (Willie) Henry Church and their siblings and families.
If any of these names or places sound familiar to you, plesse contact me and maybe we can exchange information.

I am researching my great grandparents, Isabelle T. Tharrett (1893-1979) and Hiram James Church Jr. (1891-1971). As per the 1920 census they resided in Gouverneur, Saint Lawrence County, NY at which time my great grandfather was known as James Church. Also in the home where there 4 children, Dorthy, Lorenzo (my grandfather), Viva, and George.
The 1930 census records them as residing in Springfield, Otsego county, NY, which my great grandfather was still known as James or Jimmy Church, and they had one more child named Barbara.
As per the soc. sec. death index, their last known address at the time of my great grandmothers death was known as "13438 Remsen, Oneida Cnty., NY as of Feb. 1979.
