Would that be the Phillip Church that was the son of Yankee John Church that you have info about and pictures? My ancestor was Benjamin Church who was his brother if it is the same Phillip Church. Benjamin Church was born in 1763 in Rowan co NC and grew up in Wilkes co NC. How could you have pictures of someone born back then? Thanks

I am looking for a needle in a haystack. In researching my ggg grandfather, John Gannan (b. 1825 in New Jersey), I have run across the name Mary Church. She is listed as living with the Gannan family in the 1860 census in Harrison County, Missouri. She appears to have been b. abt. 1826/1827, also in New Jersey, so I am wondering if she is the sister of my ggg grandfather. She is not listed in the 1850 or 1870 census records as living with her brother. Does anyone out there have a Mary Church (possible maiden name Gannon or Gannon), b. 1827, in New Jersey, in their database?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Chase Seekers!
My name is Dawn Cafaro and I've been doing a TON of genealogy research in Warren County, particularly in the towns of Lake George, Warrensburg, Bolton & Bolton Landing.
I have a great deal of information for this area, but there is too much to post here on a message board. If you would like this information or other information on the cemeteries of Saratoga or Suffolk Counties, New York, PLEASE email me at DawnsArchives(a)gmail.com.
Hope to hear from you and reunite lost family members!
Sincerely,
Dawn Cafaro

Anyone researching the line of Marcellina Church who was born about April 1894, and died Jan. 5, 1949 possibly in Chicago or New York? Church may have been her married name.
Thanks!

My Mother, Dorothy Louise Church, was born to William .J. and Marian M. Church in northwest Minn.
When she was a teenager, the family moved to Virginia
When a person's e-mail bounces 4 times the list server automatically removes
the person from the list. Since this list for discussing genealogy
concerning the Church family I did not feel it necessary to reply to the requests to
"take care" of the empty messages. It has been taken care of. Please get back
to topic.

Every time I post a message to the Rootsweb message board I get an automatic
reply from Rootsweb saying I am a nom member posting to a membership only
mailing list and consideration will be given to possibly post my message.
Does anyone else have this problem? Thankssouth.net>

I have received these messages also over the last several days, sometimes 3
in a row and several a day. I have been trying to reach the list
administrator but no one replys. I reply to the message but it bounced.
How does it bounce when they can send it to this list and it doesn't bounce.
I wish someone who knows how to fix the problem would step up and take care
of this. This is ridiculous!

I've received several as well -- but I think it's also happened on
another list -- not the same people - but the same situation -- no
message. Wonder if there's a problem at their end/computer? Maybe this
new system is gumming up their works somehow??
Keep well -- Terri
