Question: Do I have to pay extra for the classes?
There are 174 classes included in the registration fee. Your task is to
select which classes to attend during the 19 lecture
hours. Cassette tapes will be available for sale for most of the
classes, so you can take home tapes of the sessions you
do not attend.
Question: What is this about the teacher's track on Saturday?
Many school districts include genealogy as a teaching unit. NGS sponsors
an all-day seminar about how to teach
students from kindegarten to teeners. This is included in the
registration. For teachers who want to only attend the
Saturday track, there is a daily registration fee.
Question: I can only attend for one day. I wish I could go to the
conference for the entire four days, but I can't get off
work. Is there a one day registration?
Yes, there is. The single day registration is $70.00.

Starting at 8 a.m. PST Friday, February 23, RootsWeb will begin a planned
temporary downtime for maintenance of its servers and hosting process. It
will limit this downtime as much as possible, and will return with increased
performance and reliability for future growth.
In the meantime, please take time to visit RootsWeb.com's sister sites --
Ancestry.com and FamilyHistory.com -- where you will find additional tools
such as message boards, communities, and databases to help you in the search
for your ancestors.
Thank you for your patience.
