Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

WEST LIBERTY, Iowa - Ronald Keith Christy, 73 of West Liberty, and Donna, Texas, went to be with the Lord on March 16, 2009, when he died from injuries in a bus accident near Zacatecas, Mexico.
Memorial Service will be at the First Church United, West Liberty. Burial will be held at a later time in the Klein Cemetery, rural Moscow.
The Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty is in charge of arrangements.
Ronald was born in Davis County on July 10, 1935, to Harry and Naomi Strickland Christy.
He attended Grandview High School.
He was the owner of Christy's DX on Mulberry Avenue in Muscatine and worked at HON Industries until he retired and started doing what he loved - traveling with his wife, Margaret.
He was involved with the Masonic Temple in Muscatine in the Masonic Lodge, Order of Eastern Star, DeMolay Adviser and helped with Rainbow Girls. He was a Boy Scout leader, Little League coach, member of the Sherriff's Patrol for Muscatine County, an avid stock car racing fan, and a wonderful and devoted husband and father to his family.
He married Norma Shew in 1954. The couple had five children, Pamela Fordyce and husband, Thomas Scott, of Altoona, Ronda Spilger of Iowa City, Marsha Furlong and husband, Timothy, of Robins, Rodney Christy and wife, Ronda, of West Liberty and Mark Christy and wife, Diane, of Springdale, Arkansas. There are 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
In 1982, he married Margaret Goody O'Donnell. Children from her previous marriage included Dennis O'Donnell of Marengo, Dan O'Donnell of West Liberty, Deanna (Booie) of O'Donnell and David O'Donnell of Wellman. With the addition of the O'Donnell family, he became a loving father of nine children.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Glen (Tuck) Dean Christy; a step-daughter, Booie O'Donnell; a granddaughter, Hope Cochran; and a grandson, Matthew O'Donnell.

WAPELLO, Iowa - Phyllis Jean Christy, 76, of Wapello, formerly of rural Letts and Burlington, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007, at her home.
The Rev. Sue-Ellen Sherman will officiate. Burial will follow at the McCormick Cemetery in Highland Center.
Memorials may be made to the Wapello Community Ambulance Service and the Wapello Nursing and Rehab Center.
The Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Christy was born Oct. 1, 1931, in Montezuma, the daughter of Harold H. and Esther Greene Hutton.
She married Don Kight in 1951. He died in December of 1960. She then married Glen Dean 'Tuck'Christy Dec. 9, 1961, in Nashua. He died July 8, 2003.
She graduated from Hedrick High School in 1950. She worked at John Deere in Ottumwa and was very active in helping on the farm.
She was a member of the Letts United Methodist Church, the AAA card club and the Indian Creek Club.
She enjoyed crafts, ceramics, dancing, bowling, gardening and cooking. She and her husband wintered for many years at the Palm Shadows in Donna, Texas.
She is survived by a son, Brent Kight of Spring Lake, N.C.; two daughters, Glenda and Duane Schneider of Wapello and Mari Anne Wells of Hampton, Ill.; a daughter-in-law, Deena Christy of Letts; 13 grandchildren; a stepgranddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; a son, David Christy; a daughter, Janet Hemphill; and a brother, Dean Hutton.

MUSCATINE, Iowa - David M. Christy, 52, of Letts, died Sunday, April 14, 2002, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Services will be at the Calvary Baptist Church. The Reverend Bruce Martin of Calvary Baptist and Reverend Leif Pohl of Grace Lutheran Church will co-officiate. Pallbearers will be Mike Ruby, David Hunt, Jim Steele, Mike Stineman, Noel Stineman and Roger Symensma. Honorary Bearers will be Karen Holmes, Daisy Wingert and Jan Tener. Private burial services will be held at Letts Cemetery, Letts.
Visitation will be at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home.
Mr. Christy was born on Jan. 25, 1950, in Ottumwa, the son of Glen and Dorothy Proctor Christy. He married Deena Jo Collins on June 22, 1974 in Letts.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He worked with kids and coached all sports.
He worked for two years in Waverly and then at the Louisa-Muscatine School for 20 plus years in the Maintenance Department.
Survivors include his wife, Deena Jo Christy, of Letts; one son, Travis M.D. Christy of Letts; one daughter, Summer D.J. Christy of Oslo, Norway; two grandchildren, Zachary and Reese; his father and step-mother, Glen and Phyllis Christy of West Burlington; one brother, Brent Kight of North Carolina; two sisters, Glenda Schneider of Wapello, and Mari Anne Wells, of LeClaire.
He was preceded in death by his mother and one sister, Janet.
