This family stayed in the Philadelphia area.
George, the eldest child was a Commercial Merchant on Dock Street in Philadelphia. His wife's family were German Confectioners.
Eldest daughter Mary married William Mckenzie of Conshohocken. Children Mary (Williams) and William who became a physician and had a practice in Philadelphia up until the mid 1960's.
No info on 2nd son John.
James Neal (my husband's line) married Martha Jones. She was a widow in the 1900 census. I have an idea he died about 1894 according to Philadelphia directories. He was a partner with older brother George as a Commercial Merchant. Children, Mamie (Thomas Murtaugh) and James Neil ( Alice Murphy).
Randall or Andrew dropped off the face of the earth after 1870.
Kate married Benjamin Franklin Pierce, a native of New Hampshire. He had come from Mobeley Missouri. He was 15 years older than Kate. They had 3 sons born in Mobeley Missouri and the youngest, a daughter, Gwenn, born in Philadelphia.
Could not follow Jane who was still living with her parents in Spring Mill in 1880.
The family was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church in Conshohocken PA.
