The 1900 US census for Fillmore county, Minn. gives more information about Martin and Inga M. Christopherson than the 1800. It agrees that Martin was born in July 1828 in Norway - has been married for 37 years and immigrated to the US in 1867. Inga M. born April 1838 in Norway has had 8 children, 6 still surviving, and 4 still living at home with their parents.
Comparing the number of years married and the immigration date - tells you that Martin and Inga M. married about 1863 and should appear in the 1865 Norwegian census as a married couple - since they didn't leave that country until about 1867.
An earlier US census might have also given you information about any children who might have been born in Norway - that would be useful for proving the 'match' if you find an emigration record from Norway ...
Although I don't know what type of information you were actually seeking on this family - I briefly searched the 1865 Norwegian census databases online and found 6 married "Martin Christophersen" (the Norwegian spelling of this name would NOT necessarily be a perfect match) who were born between 1827 and 1829 and who were married at the time of the 1865 Norwegian census. I see one who is married to an Inge M. - 10 years younger than he. They have one daughter called Dina C. (born about 1863). At the time of the 1865 census they live on a farm called Ødemark in Hurdal, Akershus, Norway. (That's not too far from the city of Oslo/Kristiania.) There are two different online versions of the 1865 Norwegian census in database form - I've included links to that family from each of them.

Good advice on searching for earlier generations in Norwegian resources -

I am looking for my great, great grandfather, Martin Christopherson, born July 1828 in Norway and was a resident of Bloomfield, Fillmore County, Mn in 1880. He was married to Inga.
