I need to ask you some questions before I will be able to help you. FIrst, how did you determine your family came from Volnyia, Poland (I think I spelled that right)? And how did you find out your Kuhl family came to Canada in 1907?
The Canadian census for 1911 is being placed on the internet by Automatedgenealogy.com. They are about 40% completed with transcribing that census.
If your family came through Poland, you will be able to find them in the Hamburg Passenger lists. And if you're certain about the town they came from, I only have one problem: Poland didn't exist as a nation between the 1792 partion of Poland until around 1919. So your family would have come from a German town at that time. If you can provide some additional particulars about which family members arrived in 1907 and their ages, I might be able to locate the exact town.
Once you locate the town, however, there will be the question of whether the church or civil records survived World War II. Some records were saved and others were lost.
Please provide further details and I'll let you know what I find. But Kuhl and Janke are fairly common names so you'll need to provide as much information as possible.

I have no way of knowing who N. Christopher was. I would suggest looking Nimrod's records up in the Archives or sending for his military record.
I descend through Nicholas Christopher and don't recognize the names you mentioned.
Good luck in your research.
