You are correct. The information listed by Albert Walker Christopher concerning Peter Christopher being from Scottland does not fit our proven information. This is old mail.

I am STILL looking for anyone out there who has ties to the Christopher family in St. Francois and Washington Counties in Missouri. I have a Jackson Christopher who was the father of Robert, but cannot substantiate it (found written in a bible). The only person I can find actual information on is Robert J Christopher who was born 10-19-1872 and died 9-10-1943. His wife was Fannie J Crump born 9-16-1878 and died 2-1-1940. I have been on this list for 2 maybe 3 years now looking for ties.
Thanks

James Wilson married Mary Christopher 2 Mar 1823 in Williamson Co. TN.
Willis Baucom was the bondsman. It's possible James was the son of Josiah
Wilson.

been on hold with my crew, but am pretty sure the list you put out is some
connection to my christophers. Just for new interest I am reserching:

While researching in the Union Co, GA Historical Society I ran across a
picture of Bob Christopher whose photo was on a calendar several years ago.
Under the picture was the caption "Blairsville Fire Department Chief" and
Bob Christopher, Fire Chief and owner of Christopher Hotel, in front of
Blairsville Fire Department, circa 1959.
I made a copy and would be glad to scan it and send it to anyone desiring a
copy.

I am looking for any information on Thomas Christopher of Baltimore. I know he died at sea near Cape Hatteris before 1900. He was listed in Baltimore in 1874 as a mariner.
