I am ill and this maybe my last post. My brother William E. Christie Jr. died July 26,2012. He was born in Tampa on Feb. 15,1955. He died from Wilson's disease which is a genetic disease that destroys the liver because the body is unable to get rid of copper in the body. The physician said all siblings and grandchildren should be checked for Wilson's. I wasn't sure if the Lake City Christie family was aware of this disease. My father's half brother, my father, and now my brother have died of this disease. I have liver cancer which they say came from my colon but I have my doubts. My email isn't working or I would have sent you private messages. Please pass this on. A month ago my brother was playing tennis and now is dead. Love, Cookie

Hello,
The Christie Transportation was actually my uncle Clarke's company who was the brother of my grandfather Parker Christie. I had visited their home which was also a large boarding house or bed and breakfast set up. I would have to look up the city and address. Does any of this sound familiar?
David H. Christie

I believe your Flora Christie was the first wife of my uncle, JOHN MELVILLE "Mel" CHRISTIE, of Collin County then Dallas County. I have some information on her if you are interested.

Cathy, thats all the info I have, although he would most likely been at Cherry Point MAS or Ewa field in Hawaii. There are two tags on chain with a small key. If your mom has his discharge papers the would most likely have his serial # 539544 on them. If these are your dads give me an address and I will send
