I took this photo last week at the Church of Scotland Kirkliston Parish Church. It is very difficult to read but I hope someone finds this meaningful to their family.

Hello - My name is Frances Christie. We share some family members. I live in Mississauga now, but I was born in Blackpool, England and came here when I was a baby. My father is Charles Berry Christie. His father is Francis Christie (married to Sadie Berry) and his father is George Begg Christie (married to Jessie Campbell) and his father is Francis Christie. I only started researching everything this week and I am surprized how quickly it is going. I actually have Christie on both my mother and father's side. My e-mail address is mello1532(a)sympatico.ca. Please send me an e-mail and we can compare information.
Thanks,
Fran

Enos Christie was my grand uncle. He has two brothers and four sisters. We just had a family reunion in Atlanta, GA with extended family from FL, NJ, NY, MA, GA, Jamaica, Venuzuela, Panama and the UK.
In the attached photo he is the first born son and my grand mother is the lady beside him. The photo shows him and the rest of his siblings he being the oldest going down to the youngest lady on the right.
If its the same Enos Christie then I know he had four girls and maybe three boys. I know the women but I dont remember his sons back in the 60s or later. He was my Grandmother's brother, he use to be a taylor in Vinyard Town in JA.
We have the Family Tree from the slave owner down to the last born child which was five weeks ago. You can email me and I'll get you in touch with his family.

Colin,
Sorry, I don't think I can help you with this William CHRISTIE but just a thought : is there any chance you might be connected to William CHRISTIE, son of Colin b 1783 Carnbee, Fife. William emigrated to NSW and his son Colin became mayor of Newcastle.
Regards,
Will Law

Hi,
Thanks for looking at this post. I have run into a brick wall!
I am trying to find any information about the parents of William Christie born 1764 and died 12 Sept 1826. He is buried in Bellie Churchyard,Bellie, Moray, Scotland.UK.
His wife's name was Isobel Jamieson born 1759 and died 3 Feb 1855 at Fochabers, Moray. Her parents name was Thomas Jamieson and Isobel Murdoch.
Williams parents are very hard to find. If you have any details please contact me
regards
