Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Checked my Maszalec book, Christie's of Northern NJ for you-nothing. Then
checked a file I keep of family groups from around the country. Found a lot
of both Christy's and Christie's in PA but nothing back that far. Did a
search on the family search at LDS. There were a lot of Susan christy's from
PA-none with her birthdate but may provide some leads and other PA
researchers to contact.

Did find an Archibald Glenn there with correct birth date from PA. Lookds
like your Archibald and wife Susan Christy and looks like there may be a
file on her somewhere-there is a code for her family. Click on

I'm looking for more information on Susan CHRISTY and her family, of around Center Co., Pa. Susan (1807-1890) married Archibald GLENN (1805-1889) and had at least one son, Robert. There were several in-laws with the name CHRISTIE, so perhaps that was her name instead of the "y" spelling.
