Hello;
Looking for information on Mary Christie (birth and death dates unknown),
who married Adam Hatmaker in/around Penn Yan NY. A family history says Mary
Christie, was a governess in Henry Hatmaker's family (Henry was the father
of Adam). Adam left her soon after their marriage, went West-was never
heard from. His wife obtained a divorce and married a Mr. Harrington, near
Penn Yan, NY.
Adam was born about 1815 to Henry Hatmaker and Barbara Fritcher.
