I am Fred H. Christiansen's great granddaughter. I have talked with some Christiansens of course and even Douglas Shepherd Jr. I have collected a lot of information but there is some more current information I need from the Christiansens and the Shepherds if at all possible.
It was relatively easy doing a lot of Fred's information as this branch is close to each other... or they were when my grandmother was still alive. I believe we still are.
I have Emmett's information as his daughter is my godmother. She used to come visit me when I was in FW as a preemie.
I have found a lot of information on Carley and Barney. However, if anyone knows Melinda's maiden name and when Carley and she were married, that would be GREAT.
I plan to go to the Dallas Library and Fort Worth Archives for genealogy of Christmas break.
I hope we can all put our heads together and come up with something great. After this is all done I plan on making it a book.
My fiance's mother has books of her family. Of course, she has been working on her family for 30 years. I have a binder with all family members names in it going back generations. She has binders on just ONE family and books on others. Maybe we can do something great with this!
Always,
Renae
P.S. I am Emma Marie Christiansen Waldmuller's granddaughter. She went by Marie and she was Fred's daughter. My mother is Terri E. Waldmuller James Alexander. (If this helps ya'll place where I belong.)

Hi, Location, Cook County, Chicago Ill. I have had a very difficult time trying to locate one of my grandmothers brothers that died in childhood. There were two Roy William Christensens born to Siqurd And Henrietta Kristiansen. I have found the death date for the second RW being 6/15/1922. Prior to his birth there was another RW that died between 1912 and 1916. Since I do not know the birthdate of the second RW I cant narrow it down any further. Since the Christensen name has been spelled so many different ways in the family it could be under Kristensen, Kristiansen, Christensen or Christiansen. I have done the same search as I did for the second RW who was found under the spelling Christiansen but I have been unable to locate the first RW. Can you help?? Thank you for your time.
